Free Range Brewing is proud to announce the opening of Vivienne, a family-owned Nordic-inspired food program bringing the flavors, traditions, and hospitality of Scandinavia and the North Atlantic to Charlotte. Built around thoughtful sourcing and close relationships with fishermen, farmers, and trusted suppliers, Vivienne’s menu celebrates delicious, comforting food made with intention. Guests can explore everything from traditional Danish-style Røde Pølser (“RUH-thuh PUHL-ser”)—street hot dogs piled high with pickles, raw and fried onions, curry remoulade, and classic Nordic toppings—to Faroese-inspired seafood creations and savory puff pastry en croûtes.

Like Free Range’s brewing philosophy, Vivienne emphasizes ingredients, regional relationships, and a deep respect for tradition while embracing creativity and experimentation. Together, the brewery and food program create a destination where guests can enjoy locally crafted beer, cocktails, natural wines and na beverages; alongside Nordic-inspired cuisine unlike anything else in Charlotte.
