“Walking Meditations” is a body of work that combines mixed media, collage, painting, and drawing to explore themes of liberation, joy, interconnectedness between humans and nature, and yogic philosophy. These works are informed by my personal meditation practice, my sacred self-love practice, and my love for spending time in gardens and other green spaces like forests, fields, and meadows.
