Free Range Brewing is seeking a mixologist to craft specialized, high-quality cocktails, incorporating local and house-made ingredients and providing expert, creative service.
Key Responsibilities
- Menu Development: Design, test, and implement unique cocktail recipes.
- Drink Preparation: Expertly mix, garnish, and serve premium, specialized alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
- Inventory & Costing: Manage cocktail bar inventory, order supplies, and maintain accurate cost controls for ingredients.
- Bartending & Customer Experience: Lead Bartender while acting as a knowledgeable resource for patrons, recommending drinks and educating them on cocktail components and spirits.
- Quality & Safety: Maintain high-quality standards in all beverages, adhere to sanitation protocols, and follow safety regulations regarding alcohol consumption.
- Training & Mentorship: Assist in training bartenders on cocktail techniques, ingredients, and presentation.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous high-volume bartending or mixology experience
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of spirits, wine, beer, flavor profiles, and cocktail history.
- Skills: Creativity, attention to detail, strong communication skills, and proficiency with bar tools.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand/walk for long periods, reach, bend, and lift up to 35– 50 lbs
