Free Range Brewing is seeking a talented mixologist to develop creative, high-quality cocktails that showcase local and house-made ingredients. This role will help build and grow a distinctive cocktail program that complements Free Range's craft beer offerings while enhancing the overall guest experience and strengthening the brewery's hospitality program.

Key Responsibilities
- Menu Development: Conceptualize, refine, and implement unique, high-quality cocktail recipes that reflect Free Range Brewing's brand and seasonal offerings.
- Drink Preparation: Expertly prepare, garnish, and serve premium alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency, precision, and attention to detail.
- Inventory & Costing: Manage cocktail inventory, order supplies, and maintain accurate cost controls while minimizing waste and ensuring product availability.
- Bartending & Guest Experience: Serve as the lead bartender and a knowledgeable resource for guests by recommending beverages, educating patrons on cocktail ingredients and spirits, and creating a welcoming, memorable experience through exceptional hospitality.
- Customer Service: Deliver outstanding guest service by engaging with customers, anticipating their needs, resolving concerns professionally, and fostering an inclusive, friendly atmosphere that encourages repeat visits and builds lasting relationships.
- Quality & Safety: Maintain the highest standards of beverage quality, cleanliness, and presentation while adhering to sanitation protocols and responsible alcohol service practices.
- Training & Mentorship: Support the training and development of bartenders by sharing cocktail techniques, product knowledge, presentation standards, and best practices in hospitality and guest service.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous bartending, including mixology experience and cocktail menu development.
- Knowledge: Thorough understanding of spirits, wine, beer, cocktail history and general beverage sensory.
- Skills: Creativity, attention to detail, strong communication skills, and proficiency with bar tools.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand/walk for long periods, reach, bend, and lift up to 35– 50 lbs
- High physical stamina to work 6–8 hour shifts on your feet
- Able to sustain frequent movement, including bending, stooping, reaching, and carrying, alongside manual dexterity for crafting drinks and cleaning.
