FREE SOUP DAY

FREE SOUP DAY 2026 is coming!!!  Mark your calendars for THURSDAY, January 1st, 2026 at 11:00am!

In collaboration with local chefs, Free Range Brewing has been serving up FREE soup, tasty bread and sweet treats to the Charlotte community on New Years Day since 2016. What started as a 4 Chef Event in 2016 has grown into a 20+ Chef Event each year!

With the help of all of the chefs that participate, we have served up an estimated 17,000 servings of FREE SOUP and FREE tasty pastries in 9 FREE SOUP DAYS!

What you need to know:

• Service will not begin until 11am.
• The chefs are donating their time to make and serve up their tasty food! Please make an effort to show up at their restaurants and support them outside of Free Soup Day!
• Soup is served until it runs out!
• FREE ENTRY.
• All Soup and Tasty Treats are FREE.
• Please consider donating to the Community Culinary School of Charlotte when you close your drink tab!
• Our kitchen will be open for service once the soup runs out!
