Job description:
The Line Cook is responsible for preparing and serving menu items at the Free Range Brewing food trailer, with occasional off-site prep shifts at a local commissary kitchen. The role requires speed, consistency, and teamwork in a compact, high-volume kitchen.
Key Responsibilities:
● Set up and break down food trailer stations (flat top, fryers, prep tables)
● Cook and plate items according to established recipes and portion standards
● Complete prep production tasks (e.g., sauces, dressings, chopped vegetables)
● Maintain cleanliness and food safety across all stations
● Assist in receiving and rotating inventory
● Communicate clearly with the Kitchen Manager and fellow team members
Qualifications:
1+ year of professional kitchen experience
Ability to follow recipes and prep instructions accurately
Comfort working in a compact, high-volume kitchen
Basic knife and station setup skills
Reliable and punctual with a team-first attitude
